Support Specialist

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Support Specialist to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs at beBee Professionals in Fulham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
About the Role:- Work closely with teachers to support students with SEN, developing tailored plans to help them overcome learning barriers.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teaching staff to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assist students with daily tasks, promoting independence and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers and parents.
This role requires experience working with children with SEN, strong communication skills, and patience. Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
