We're seeking a highly skilled care professional to fill the position of Registered Care Manager at Helping Hands. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing care teams and contributing to the delivery of excellent care services.

The ideal candidate will have a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. They'll also need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience of working within the care sector at management level.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with opportunities for career progression, a bonus scheme, and annual salary reviews. You'll also enjoy 23 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 2 years of service, plus access to our employee assistance programme and refer a friend scheme.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services to customers
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure that it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines
  • Support branch staff and carers with their training and development
