We are seeking a highly skilled Street Cleansing Team Supervisor to join our team at Redbridge London Borough Council. About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the street cleansing teams, ensuring effective performance management and support of staff. You will also play a crucial role in supporting and implementing key service changes, including digital transformation and service reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the street cleansing teams to ensure effective performance management and support of staff
  • Support and implement key service changes, including digital transformation and service reviews
  • Develop and deliver projects to improve the street cleansing service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills, budget management experience, and the ability to prepare a long-term strategy for street cleansing services. A driving license is required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
