Job Title: Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion. This role will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of machine learning engineers and researchers focused on 2D rendering and game streaming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
  • Align the team's work with the overall strategic objectives of the Future Technologies Group of Sony Interactive Entertainment, balancing the demands of ongoing projects with the need for continuous improvement and technical debt management.
Requirements:
  • Strong advocate for personal and professional growth, ensuring that every team member feels valued and heard.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Courage to speak up and take smart risks.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to visual computing and machine learning (e.g., C++, Python, PyTorch, OpenGL, DirectX).
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and their application in visual computing.
