Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our diversity and inclusion strategy, ensuring that our organization is a welcoming and inclusive place for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of diversity and inclusion professionals to ensure the successful execution of our strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and implement training programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
  • Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and industry trends.
