About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Manager to join our team at our Stansted Airport location. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of rental sales agents to deliver five-star customer service and achieve incremental sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the Station Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage staff performance through regular reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build a high-performing team through effective training, coaching, and staff development.
- Support the company's culture of continuous improvement through daily communication with staff.
Requirements
- A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Car rental experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A positive management style.
