About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Data Specialist to join our team at Chatham Financial. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and extracting data from various types of real estate source documents, developing a deep understanding of our clients' investment and financing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will have the opportunity to work with our proprietary technology platform, ChathamDirect, to address complex loan reporting, data management, and portfolio analytics challenges for institutional real estate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Review and accurately extract information from various types of real estate source documents
  • Develop familiarity with solutions provided for institutional real estate clients
  • Provide technical and customer service support to clients using our SaaS platforms
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, computer science, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience working with real estate data or clients
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
