We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Risk Analyst to join our EMEA Equities Risk team at Millennium Management, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and maintaining Portfolio Manager (PM) risk limits, conducting risk, performance, and stress analyses, and refining and improving the Firm's risk processes, systems, and infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting effectively with PMs, traders, and core constituents, understanding the portfolio's risk structure and PnL drivers, and interviewing PM candidates and drafting notes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement risk management strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of equity markets and financial instruments, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience in quantitative or statistical modeling is essential, and programming skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, Rust, or another language are desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2:1 grade or higher in a relevant field such as STEM, economics, or finance. Strong attention to detail and common-sense thinking are also crucial for this role. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
