About the Role:

Bruin Financial, a leading international agricultural distributor, seeks an experienced Risk Management Professional to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CFO in managing the team of risk analysts and assessing customer creditworthiness.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience within financial services, with a good understanding of credit risk management and exposure assessment. They should also possess broad risk and governance experience, including operational risk, counterparty risk, and market risk.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the CFO in managing the team of risk analysts
  • Assessing customer creditworthiness and recommending credit limits
  • Managing exposures and assisting with negotiations of trade documentation
  • Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and Group subsidiaries abroad
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of credit risk management and exposure assessment
  • 5-7 years of experience within financial services
  • Broad risk and governance experience, including operational risk, counterparty risk, and market risk
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
