Job Title: Head of Credit Risk Management

Radius Payment Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Credit Risk Management to join our team in the UK. This is a key role within the department, requiring a strong background in collections and debt recovery, with the ability to drive change and build new capabilities within a diverse global organization.

About the Role:

The Head of Credit Risk Management will be responsible for leading our credit risk management teams in the UK, Ireland, and Europe. This includes developing and enforcing comprehensive collections and debt recovery policies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deploy strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and growth aspirations, and establishing ethical guidelines for debt recovery practices working with third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of collections and debt recovery policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deploy strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and growth aspirations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers
  • Monitor and report on credit risk management performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Significant demonstrable senior collections experience
  • Implementation of collections and debt recovery software, tools, and strategies
  • Ability to work with large data sets and demonstrate use of Excel to a high standard

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
