Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of cash within the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve customer payments, credit notes, and refunds in a timely and professional manner. This includes processing invoices, chasing outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to chase B2B and B2C invoices
  • Process order releases and maintain ledgers
  • Work Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9:30 am - 5:30 pm on a rotating basis
  • Enjoy hybrid working after probation
  • Participate in a 4-hour Saturday shift (1 in 6) during the winter period, earning paid overtime

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Credit Controller to take their skills to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing your workload, and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Credit Controller, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
