About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our high-volume, fast-paced Service Department. To succeed, previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of running a prestige Workshop with a large team of Technicians. Alongside the Workshop Manager, you will have full responsibility for driving the performance of our team and managing workshop loading, utilisation, quality of work, efficiency, and productivity.

Our state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and technology ensure that our dealerships remain at the forefront of the industry.

About You

Prior experience within the automotive industry is essential. Our dedicated Learning & Development team provides training, while outstanding manufacturer courses run by BMW support your career.
