Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced Purchase Ledger Manager / Supervisor to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. This role would suit someone with extensive purchase ledger experience who has managed small teams in busy environments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the purchase ledger team, ensuring efficient operations and overall responsibility for the purchase ledgers.
  • Driving process efficiencies within the purchase ledger process, including automation where possible.
  • Month-end reports and commentary on purchase ledger positions, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Managing and assisting purchase ledger team members, monitoring outputs and contributing to team growth and development.
  • Integration of other group companies into the main finance function, promoting cohesion and standardization.
  • Collaboration with the sales ledger manager to reconcile intercompany balances and agree clearing procedures.
  • Processing invoices, credit notes, and supplier statement reconciliations when cover is required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Estimated Salary Range

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
