Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Future Publishing. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR support, ensuring smooth operations and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the employee lifecycle by ensuring the timely and accurate administration of all policies, procedures, and communications.
  • Manage all onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and accurate data entry into the HRIS.
  • Prepare and administer important People documentation, including employment contracts, contract variation letters, and policies.
  • Assist the People department in implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
  • Help administer company benefits.
  • Contribute to the development of People goals by providing insights on metrics, queries, and generating standard reports.
  • Provide support in areas such as absence management, probation reviews, colleague inquiries, and parental leave requests.

Requirements

  • Experience with various HR software systems, ideally Dayforce.
  • Organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Team-oriented with collaboration skills.
  • HR degree and/or CIPD qualification.
  • Understanding of HR fundamentals, including contractual documentation.
  • High level of attention to detail, with accuracy being a key focus.
