Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Test and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Serve Talent. In this role, you will play a critical part in testing world-class electronic products, ensuring they meet exacting engineering specifications and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Test complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
* Execute customer witness Factory Acceptance Tests
* Collaborate with the Test Team and interact with other departments, including Mechanical Fitters, Wire Team, and Engineering

**Requirements:**
* Completed an apprenticeship in electronics or electro-mechanical engineering, with a minimum of NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 qualification
* Experience in a similar testing role
* Skilled in soldering, crimping, lacing, and splicing
* Proficient in using electronic test equipment and following detailed test specifications
* Familiarity with Mil-Spec connectors, cable identification, and production techniques
* Awareness of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) practices, with experience in PCB assembly, testing, and repair
* Competent in report writing and email communications
* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and produce high-quality workmanship
