About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Phonics Intervention Assistant to support students in developing foundational literacy skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement phonics intervention programs tailored to individual student needs.
  • Assist students in developing phonemic awareness, decoding skills, and fluency through engaging activities and resources.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational specialists to identify students requiring additional phonics support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular feedback to teachers and school administrators regarding student performance and intervention outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably with a focus on literacy development.
  • Strong knowledge of phonics instruction principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome learning challenges.
