About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Pilgrims Europe. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in our existing e-commerce customers, developing new business, and providing thought leadership to prepare our company for the retail environment of the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Business Units and wider Pilgrims Europe business in driving growth in our existing e-commerce customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in all online channels.
  • Work closely with the commercial, category, and customer marketing teams to embed e-commerce best practices and develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy.
  • Establish best practices and build relationships both internally and externally to maximize Pilgrims Europe's share of the growth available in these routes to market.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and marketing skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
