Support Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Care Specialist to join our team in Plymouth.
This rewarding role involves providing support and care for three young men with learning disabilities in their own home. The successful candidate will need to be responsible, reliable, organised, flexible, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
The role requires participating in person-centred planning, supporting individuals to develop daily living skills, accessing local communities, and assisting with activities inside and outside the home. This may include light duties such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care, as well as accurate record keeping.
