As a seasoned Cybersecurity professional, you will play a critical role in protecting Experis' systems and data from cyber threats. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Cybersecurity strategy, leading and managing the Cybersecurity team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure Cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
* Manage and mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities
* Collaborate with development teams to integrate security controls and best practices into software development lifecycle

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Cybersecurity leadership roles
* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Cybersecurity strategies
* Strong technical knowledge of Cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks

Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience
