Job Summary

The Information Security Senior Assistant Manager role is a strategic position within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, focusing on ensuring the effective implementation of information security and cybersecurity measures. This individual will work closely with the local Information Security Officer and Head Office teams to define objectives for the Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Periodically report to Top Management on the state of information security, providing key insights into material cyber risks and the overall effectiveness of the information security and cybersecurity program.
  • Cybersecurity Policy Implementation: Adopt, implement, and update Cybersecurity policies, rules, processes, and procedures in line with Head Office regulatory frameworks.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity objectives, policies, and procedures through continuous monitoring and risk assessment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: CISSP / CISM certification is preferable.
  • Experience: Solid background in information security management and business continuity management. Experience in application security and vulnerability management is also required.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
