About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Installations Team at Selwood as an Installation Supervisor. Based out of our Weymouth Ford branch, this role will predominantly be based out on our customer sites with the occasional visits into the branch and other branches across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and oversee all direct and indirect workers on site, including third parties employed by Selwood.
  • Ensure RAMS are briefed and adhered to by your team and check that the quality of equipment is fit for purpose before an installation begins.
  • Manage health and safety on site, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
  • Be part of a call-out rota and commit to supporting your team by working overtime outside of your normal 40-hour working week.
Requirements
  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and a good understanding of onsite safety.
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to be part of our 'on call' 1 in 3 rota.
  • A current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
