About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Operative to join our team in Weymouth. As an Installation Operative, you will be responsible for installing pipework and assisting our drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles. You will work directly with the Installation Supervisors and be part of a collaborative team that values communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install pipework and assist with loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with the Installation Supervisors and team
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are always adhered to
  • Manage your own site safety and be aware of the safety of others on site
  • Assist with tasks and responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and good understanding of onsite safety
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to be part of our 'on call' system
  • Current Full UK driving license
  • Preferred qualifications include a construction Skills CSCS card, National Water Hygiene Card, and Forklift truck operator certification
