Job Title: Contract Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Advisor to join our team at Workwell. As a Contract Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our contractor base, utilizing our Umbrella service.

About the Role:
  • Provide advisory support on payroll legislative queries to our contractor base.
  • Utilize your exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with our contractors.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and up-to-date contract information is maintained.
  • Manage and process correspondence, using professional and clear language.
  • Support our contractor base by supplying necessary documentation as required.
  • Prioritize work according to defined service level agreements and the effect on the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound phone and email queries, with structured timescales.
  • Making outbound calls in response to messages left and callbacks.
  • Ensuring that all contract information held on our systems is maintained, up to date and accurate.
  • Managing and processing correspondence, using professional and clear language.
  • Supporting our contractor base by supplying necessary documentation as required.
  • Ensuring that customers are kept informed at all stages, till the close of the query.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a call centre environment (preferred).
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience.
