About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to provide outstanding support to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for building rapport with customers, understanding their unique needs, and delivering personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Represent our company with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
