About the Role
Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proficient in Civil 3D and Causeway FLOW.
- Experience delivering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements for S278, S38, and S106.
- Excellent report writing skills, including Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage strategy work.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
