Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Healthcare Operations Director to join our team at Liberty Resolve Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational, HR, and commercial aspects of our private medical practice in Central London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, providing leadership to the administration team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and supporting partners in maintaining CQC compliance. They will also be responsible for promoting the practice to potential clients and businesses, securing contracts to drive growth, and managing HR functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • CQC Support: Assist partners in ensuring the practice adheres to all CQC regulations and maintains the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations of the practice, providing leadership to the admin team, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Commercial Leadership: Act as the practice's public face to external clients and businesses. Develop and secure new contracts, promoting the practice to potential partners and expanding its business footprint.
  • HR and Staff Development: Manage HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Work closely with external HR support to ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Help develop and implement quality assurance systems and risk management strategies to continually improve care and mitigate any potential risks to patient safety.
  • Patient Engagement & Experience: Enhance patient engagement initiatives, collecting and acting on feedback to continuously improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Ensure that staff members are trained and developed to provide the highest standards of care and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Complaints Handling: Assist in managing complaints in line with CQC standards, ensuring swift resolution and using feedback to drive improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the practice complies with all relevant data protection and confidentiality laws, including GDPR.
  • Requirements: Proven background in healthcare management, with experience in private practice. Knowledge of both NHS and private sector operations is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently present and promote the practice to external businesses and clients.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC regulations, healthcare policies, and HR practices. Must be proactive in supporting partners to ensure compliance and high standards of care.
  • Qualities: Highly organised, commercially savvy, and driven to foster a culture of excellence within the practice.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the healthcare industry.
