Academics Ltd is currently seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator to join their team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students aged 11-16, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

In this critical role, you will work closely with students, engaging with them and helping the class teacher deliver tailored support and guidance based on individual needs. Your focus will be on inspiring and motivating students, building on their confidence and promoting academic growth.

To be successful, you will need to be passionate about making a difference, being compassionate and empathetic, yet confident in managing challenging behaviour. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs or diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, or other challenging needs, is advantageous.

This is an exceptional opportunity for graduates looking to gain experience before studying for postgraduate degrees or choosing a specialism. Individuals with psychology, education, or similar degree backgrounds will benefit from the experience provided.
