TechOhana has partnered with a leading tech company focused on delivering cloud-based software solutions tailored for the consumer goods sector.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Salesforce implementations, manage a team of junior consultants, and collaborate with clients to understand their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce Implementations: Manage and direct end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 6-7 junior consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, utilizing best practices to manage risks and resolve issues.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for team members and clients, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Strategic Input: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends within the Consumer Goods sector.
Requirements:
- Cloud and Consumer Goods Experience: Proven experience in the Consumer Goods industry, with a strong background in Salesforce implementations.
- Certification: Minimum certification required is Salesforce Administrator, with Data Architect preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, providing direction and support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Flexible Work Arrangement: This role offers hybrid working options, with the possibility of fully remote work for the right candidate.
