We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, your tasks will vary from supporting residents with their daily needs to following personalized care plans. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support, while also promoting their independence and dignity.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Your compassion, empathy, and warm-hearted approach will be essential in delivering exceptional care and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience caring for older people
- A can-do approach
- Excellent communication skills
