Curriculum Developer for Functional Skills Programmes

We are seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer for Functional Skills Programmes to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver high-quality training materials that meet the needs of our learners. As a key member of our curriculum development team, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning resources.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining curriculum content, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations. Your role will also involve monitoring programme performance, making recommendations for improvement, and contributing to quality assurance processes.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong educational background, preferably in a related field, and extensive experience in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and adult learning principles. A proven track record in managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
