Education Manager

The t2 group is seeking a highly motivated Education Manager - Functional Skills to manage the development and delivery of our functional skills programmes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing curriculum design, instructional strategies, and adult learning principles. You will work closely with subject matter experts, evaluate programme effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
As Education Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining curriculum content, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring programme performance. You will also contribute to quality assurance processes, make recommendations for improvement, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve programme goals.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong educational background, preferably in a related field, and extensive experience in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and adult learning principles. A proven track record in managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
What We Offer
This challenging role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of £2,500. As a home-based employee, you will enjoy flexibility and work-life balance.
