Travel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Travel Sales Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of experienced travel consultants, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- To motivate and lead a high-performing team of travel consultants
- To identify training and development needs and implement effective solutions
- To set targets and monitor progress, ensuring the branch reaches and exceeds sales targets
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the team has access to the latest knowledge and expertise
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven track record in sales and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Package:
The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
