Job Description

Nano Fibre UK is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Civils Avoidance/TRR Operatives in the Reading area. As a fast-growing company, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through our engineers in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify allocated CBT's and pull cabling from chambers to customer properties.
  • Ensure risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits and reporting blockages to the Civils teams.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
  • Prioritize tasks and find the best customer solutions possible.
  • Travel to different areas of the country, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Work irregular hours and overtime to achieve customer service targets.
  • Be medically fit and able to perform a physically demanding job in various weather conditions.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by our partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred qualifications: SAOO2 – PIA Underground Safety and S7 – PIA Sub-Duct and Cable Installation.
