Experienced Learning Assistant Lead

Job Description
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Long Term Futures, you will be responsible for providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This will involve delivering high-quality lessons during teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time, ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role. You will also need to have a strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support these students effectively. Additionally, you will be able to work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support these students effectively.
- Ability to deliver high-quality lessons during teachers' PPA time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
