Live-in Care Specialist Position

Oxford Aunts is a leading provider of live-in care services, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team. As a live-in care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
You will work closely with our experienced team to develop personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client. Your role will involve providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and household chores, as well as engaging in meaningful activities and conversations.
In return for your dedication and hard work, you will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £141 per day, plus benefits such as generous rest time and local 24/7 support from our experienced team. We also offer free induction training and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in providing live-in care or a similar role is essential, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
