Cover People is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Support Assistant to work in our schools in Stockport.

You will support the educational and social development of children with special educational needs (SEN), helping pupils to understand and regulate their emotions and behaviour.

As an Educational Support Worker SEN, you will work in 1:1 and group support to children with SEN, creating an inclusive environment.

The daily rate for this role is £85- £95.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt approach depending on child's needs
  • Resilience and passion for helping children thrive

We offer excellent pay rates, a 'Refer a Friend Scheme', and ongoing support from both school and consultant.

Free CPD training in Safeguarding and Behaviour Management is also available.
