SEN Learning Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a SEN Learning Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience on their journey to becoming an Educational Psychologist.
You will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and develop your skills in providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assisting with both in-class and out-of-class interventions
- Encouraging student progress and helping to boost attainment
Our school offers a supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and continuing professional development opportunities.
The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 per annum based on a full-time, term-time only contract.
