About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a memorable atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Obsession: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience and feels welcomed and cared for.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current promotions and products, enabling you to make informed recommendations and exceed customer expectations.
  • Service Delivery: Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring that every product delivered meets the highest standards.
  • Target Achievement: Contribute positively to daily and weekly targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
