HR & Payroll Coordinator

We are on the lookout for a talented People and Payroll Coordinator to join our wonderful People Team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for a proactive, organised individual who has experience delivering the smooth running of the payroll processes and is looking to expand their HR experience.
You will play a vital role in a team that is driven, hard-working and dedicated to making our employee experience as fulfilling as can be.
- Acting as the first point of contact on our People Team and Payroll Inboxes for all Europe employees and with exposure to North America employees too.
- Ensuring our new joiners in Lisbon and London are set up for success and live the best pre-employment experience possible from the outset.
- Acting as the point of contact throughout our new joiners' induction.
- Managing the employee lifecycle processes for all Europe employees.
- Drive improvements across all our people processes with innovation, operational excellence and outstanding employee experience at the forefront.
- Supporting our team by being our 'go-to' person for our data & reports from our HRIS (Rippling).
- Providing generalist administrative support for our team where necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency.
- A well-organised individual with impeccable accuracy and a close attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
