Clinical Governance Specialist

As a Clinical Governance Specialist at Brightening Lives Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to adults and children with complex needs. Reporting directly to the Registered Manager, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective clinical governance frameworks that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse with a proven track record of leading clinical teams and managing complex care plans. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical governance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with staff and external partners to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical governance and care planning
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or similar role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
