About This Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a bank basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses looking to gain new challenges and experiences, while also contributing to the delivery of high-quality care services.

Job Summary:

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide mental health care services to individuals in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health disorders
  • Developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participating in patient assessments, care planning, and monitoring progress

Requirements:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration with the NMC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering person-centered care
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
