Job Title: Children and Families Social Care Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Care Professional to join our Children and Families team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments under S17 & S47 and working with children in need, those on a CP plan, and families in pre-proceedings or in the court system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake assessments under S17 & S47
- Work with children in need, those on a CP plan, and families in pre-proceedings or in the court system
- Collaborate with the team to provide a strengths-based approach and systemic principles in our work with families
- Utilize Liquid Logic (LCS) recording system

Requirements:

- HCPC Registration
- 1-2 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
