About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
  • Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
  • Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully.
  • Work effectively within a team and under your own initiative.
  • Provide excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
