Join Our Construction Team

We are a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit out company with a broad range of exciting projects. Our Regional Building business has a strong track record in delivering construction and engineering projects for our customers across various sectors.

This role is based on a construction site as part of the site management team, supporting the Site Engineer with security, health and safety, materials, and personnel organisation.

  • Support daily work planning and organisation, reading drawings, keeping records, and following administration procedures.
  • Assist in preparing designs, reports, specifications, and other items required to complete successful construction projects.

As a Construction Management Graduate, you will develop skills using levelling equipment and measuring devices, enabling computer-based systems usage.

To be eligible, you must hold a degree in Construction Management (or derivative) with a 2:2 classification or above, and possess a full UK driving licence or obtain one by August 2025.

Our two-year programme offers structured on-the-job training, real responsibility from day one, and an excellent internal culture promoting ongoing learning in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Our competitive salary is approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We also offer a car allowance, professional membership fees, annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, and a company pension scheme matched up to 8%.
