Equipment Technician Lead

The Equipment Technician Lead will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:- Carry out regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with production staff to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
