Ad-Hoc Bar Team Members Wanted

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic bar staff to join our dynamic team at Skool Bar Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to our guests, preparing and serving a range of beverages to their liking.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the bar area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Build strong relationships with our guests, taking orders and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills.
- Effectively manage your time during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Contribute to the overall success of the bar team by assisting with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for bar items.
Your Qualifications:
- Prior experience in bartending is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact positively with guests and team members.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall success of the bar team.
What We Offer:
- Pay: £12.00 per hour
- Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
