
Bar Staff Wanted

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team at Skool Bar Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for bartending and a solid understanding of customer service. They should be able to effectively manage time during busy periods, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels for bar items.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to interact positively with guests and team members.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall success of the bar team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: Ω12.00 per hour (based on location)
- Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
- Additional pay: Tips
- Benefits: Sick pay
