Language Empire is a leading provider of interpreting and translation services in the UK, covering hundreds of languages and dialects. We are currently recruiting for freelance interpreters to work on various assignments, including face-to-face, telephone, and video interpreting.

About The Job

As an interpreter with Language Empire, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments, from legal and health settings to local government and private sector organizations. You will be responsible for interpreting for individuals who require language support, ensuring that they understand important information and communicate effectively with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting in various settings, including hospitals, courts, and government offices
  • Ensuring accurate communication between clients and service providers
  • Working with a variety of languages and dialects

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills and proficiency in another language
  • Right to work in the UK and aged 21 or over
  • Formal qualifications in interpretation, such as DPSI or CIOL certification
