Job Title: Regional Clinical Director (Dental)

Location: Remote with travel across allocated region

Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer

Type: Part-Time (2 days/week, 15 hours) ideally complimentary to your additional 1-3 days of clinical work within Riverdale practice/s.

Salary: £65,000 plus potential performance incentives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culture Building: Champion a positive workplace culture aligned with our values. Provide resources and mentorship to ensure practices are safe, efficient, and in line with compliance and patient service expectations.
  • Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the Area Manager for your patch, meeting regularly to align on clinical and business strategies. Together, identify and pursue development opportunities that promote continuous improvement and revenue growth.
  • Resource Access: Ensure teams are well-equipped for success by providing access to our resources, including the Riverdale Academy and other professional development tools.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Support the recruitment team in identifying and retaining skilled clinical talent. Help onboard new team members and create a welcoming environment that enhances job satisfaction.
  • Direct Communication with CCO: Maintain consistent communication with the Chief Clinical Officer, providing updates, insights, and ensuring alignment with our clinical and business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Fully qualified dentist with GDC registration and NHS performer number
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, develop talent, and drive a positive, collaborative culture
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility in workdays preferred
  • Willingness to travel within your designated region
