About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach360. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic studies and ensuring they remain engaged with their learning.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who present with mental health disorders, challenging behaviours, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing academic support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
  2. Effectively managing challenging behaviours and working proactively with students who have SEN and SEMH needs.
  3. Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  4. Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

  • DBS checked.
  • Experience working in a school or similar setting.
  • Available to start ASAP and commute to Guildford.
